精品高线生产线关键技术和高速区核心工艺和设备由美国摩根公司设计和提供，全线自动化和传动系统由ABB公司负责设计和集成，使产品在质量、性能和成本等方面都具有很强的市场竞争能力。该生产线采用国际上先进适用的生产技术和装备，最大终轧保证速度为112m/s，采用热装热送工艺及目前世界上最先进的精轧机“8+4”型式等，可实现热机轧制工艺技术、全线的数字化控制和在线测径技术、全线的控轧控冷技术、在线HotEye热眼影像式表面质量检测技术。生产的线材内部组织均匀，横断面上晶粒度差小于1级，通条性能均匀，氧化铁皮少。产品规格：ø5mm～ø25mm，主要产品为轴承钢、弹簧钢、冷镦钢、帘线钢、易切削钢等。应用于轴承、汽车、风力发电、桥梁建筑等领域，是一条具有国内一流、国际领先水平的高速线材生产线。
The key technology of the high-quality wire rod production line and the core processes and equipment in the high-speed area were designed and provided by the American company Morgan. The whole line’s automation and transmission systems were designed and integrated by ABB, ensuring that products have highly competitive quality, performance, and cost. The production line is designed with internationally advanced and applicable production technology and equipment, with a maximum finishing speed guarantee of 112m/s. It utilizes hot charging and hot delivery processes and the most advanced finishing mill “8+4” configuration in the world, enabling hot rolling process technology, whole line digital control and online diameter measurement technology, whole line controlled rolling and cooling technology, and online HotEye surface quality inspection technology. The internal structure of the produced wire rod is uniform with grain size difference on the cross section less than Grade 1, and the wire rod performance is uniform with less iron oxide scale. The product specification ranges from ø5mm to ø25mm. It mainly produces bearing steel, spring steel, cold heading steel, cord steel, free-cutting steel, etc. With wide application in bearings, automobiles, wind power generation, bridge construction and other fields, this high-speed wire rod production line ranks among the top class both domestically and internationally.
