公司建设有3条PLC全智能中频淬火、回火热处理生产线，3条无心车削、倒角、矫直压光银亮材生产线，3条无心研磨银亮材生产线。目前公司年热处理能力10万吨，车削加工能力10万吨，精磨镀铬加工能力5万吨，成品锚栓1万吨。

热处理产品规格：ø20-120mm、长度 3500-160000mm；   银亮材产品规格：ø12-160mm、长度 2500mm 以上；

磨光镀铬棒规格：ø10-200mm、长度不限；  圆盘锯下料规格：ø10-70mm、长度不限；

交货状态：退火、正火、调质热处理、无心车削、矫直压光、倒角、滚丝、无心磨、表面镀铬。
